Customer Process
- Email advancinghealth@osu.edu. Please include a brief description of your project and any timelines or constraints (if known).
- An AHW Collaborative team member will schedule a 30-minute follow-up appointment (virtual or in-person).
- Following the intake discussion, we will email you a formal quote and Statement of Work (SOW).
- If helpful, we can schedule a follow‑up meeting to walk through the quote/SOW and answer questions.
- Upon agreement of the SOW and pricing, a services contract will be drafted and provided to you.
- After full execution of the services contract, project work will begin.
- Invoices will be sent upon completion of the work or upon completion of milestones agreed upon within services contract.
