Our tiered pricing approach is designed to support the advancement of health and wellbeing by offering flexible levels of engagement that meet teams where they are. Each tier reflects a different depth of collaboration, ranging from targeted expert guidance to comprehensive, end‑to‑end project support. This structure allows clients to select the level of service that best fits their scientific goals, project complexity, resources, and timeline, while ensuring transparency in scope, deliverables, and expected effort.

Customer Process

Email advancinghealth@osu.edu. Please include a brief description of your project and any timelines or constraints (if known).
An AHW Collaborative team member will schedule a 30-minute follow-up appointment (virtual or in-person.
Following the intake discussion, we will email you a formal quote and Statement of Work (SOW).
- If helpful, we can schedule a follow‑up meeting to walk through the quote/SOW and answer questions.
Upon agreement of the SOW and pricing, a services contract will be drafted and provided to you.
After full execution of the services contract, project work will begin.
Invoices will be sent upon completion of the work or upon completion of milestones agreed upon within services contract.

Prices below are estimates. Total project cost is dependent on the finalized scope of work, project complexity, and level of engagement selected.
